How to Access Behavioral Services
The parent/guardian or provider can access behavioral health services by any of the following ways:- The parent or guardian contacts the HealthLine by calling 1.800.908.8883.
- The parent completes a HealthLine Service Request form with their child's provider, and the provider faxes the form to HealthLine at 619.521.3050.
- The parent contacts the First 5 Healthy Development Regional Coordinator and requests HealthLine services.
