Resource and Referral

Community Outreach

Parent Outreach Service provides visits throughout San Diego County to community service agencies and programs. The outreach effort allows parents and the community to be informed and have access to agency services through:

  • Contacting new families placed on the Centralized Eligibility List (CEL) for specialized services including YMCA CRS parent services and community resources.
  • Distribution of YMCA CRS Parent Services Placards and marketing materials.
  • Free Choosing Quality Child Care and YMCA CRS presentations for parents and the community.
  • Attending community events, fairs, and meetings to promote YMCA CRS services and the CEL.
